Routine Foot Care Services
Heart & Sole Foot Care provides mobile routine foot care to clients in their homes and at Assisted Living and Nursing Facilities by appointment.
Initial Visit- Fees start at $65 and vary by location. Cash, checks, and cards accepted.
Initial appointments last up to 60 minutes and include the following services:

Review of medical history and current medications that are pertinent to foot health

Assessment of lower legs, feet, toes, and toenails.

Assessment of current footwear

Mobility assessment and inspection of assistive devices such as canes and walkers

Living environment safety check to assess for items that may contribute to a fall or injury

An individualized care plan that may include the following:

Trimming and filing of toenails

Callus and corn reduction
-
Removal of dead skin in and around the nail bed

Application of topical fungal or moisture reducing treatments that fall within my scope of practice as a registered nurse

Application of an appropriate moisturizer and a relaxing foot massage

Recommendations for follow up care with me

Referral to an appropriate healthcare professional if I find something that is beyond my scope of practice.

Follow up visits last up to 45 minutes.
During this visit you will receive routine care following the plan of care initiated at your first visit. The plan of care can be updated at any time to reflect new concerns or needs. Clients typically schedule follow up visits every 6-8 weeks.
