About Me
Brittanie Holt RN, CFCS, owner

For six years, I worked as a bedside nurse, caring for patients from all walks of life—many living with complex, chronic medical conditions. Over time, I began to notice a consistent and concerning gap: a lack of routine foot care, particularly among some of our most vulnerable populations.
Those with diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, venous insufficiency, as well as older adults and individuals with limited mobility, are at especially high risk for complications when foot care is neglected. Seemingly minor issues—like overgrown toenails, corns, or calluses—can quickly escalate, leading to pain, reduced mobility, infections, and more serious health outcomes.
Recognizing this unmet need in my own community, I pursued specialized training through the American Foot Care Nurses Association, becoming a Certified Foot Care Specialist. Since launching Heart & Sole Foot Care in 2021, I’ve had the privilege of providing in-home care to hundreds of clients.
What sets my approach apart is not only my clinical background, but a commitment to compassionate, relationship-centered care. As a Registered Nurse, I believe in treating the whole person—not just their feet. I’ve seen firsthand how consistent, skilled foot care can dramatically improve quality of life. When your feet feel good, you feel good, and that’s why I’m dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable foot care—right where clients feel most comfortable: in their homes.
